The short answer
AutoFit is Vibe Tech's flagship, combining hardware, software, infrastructure, and AI: an AI personal-training system positioned as the first of its kind in Egypt and MENA. Gyms depend on a trainer being present for every session, and their equipment can't see how someone is moving. We built the brand, the website, the iOS and Android member app, and the in-gym Portal that counts reps, corrects form and coaches in Egyptian Arabic.

The problem we were solving.
Gyms rely on staff availability, members juggle fragmented tools, and the equipment has no idea how a person is actually moving. Treating AI as a marketing layer would have produced a demo with no real-time feedback, no safety boundaries and no visibility for the operator.

- Create a credible MENA-first AI training category and turn autonomous gym operation into a product that members and operators can understand and use.
How we approached it.
Designed one operating loop: member profile, movement evaluation, voice guidance, session report, operator oversight.
Started on the phone: the app builds the plan before the member arrives, and a QR scan at the Portal pulls that plan into the live session.
Split the offer into three operator levels: AUTOFIT Portal for an existing gym, the AI Room as a dedicated space, and AUTOFIT X as a fully autonomous gym.
Made guidance Arabic-first, in an Egyptian voice, instead of translating an English experience.

Yes. The first level, AUTOFIT Portal, is designed for existing gyms without rebuilding the facility. Higher levels add a dedicated AI training room or a fully autonomous gym.
