The short answer
UM Platform is one of Vibe Tech's own products, and the first platform in the region to make AI a real assistant for coaches: it builds plans, follows up clients and lets a coach grow without drowning. One system serves many coaches, and each gets an app in their own name. Coaches were running payments, plans, follow-up, chat and content across disconnected tools. We built a coach dashboard, a client app, an AI planning layer and white-label mobile apps carrying each coach's brand.

The problem we were solving.
An online coach's day is split between bank transfers, PDFs, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Bundling features into one screen without a single operating logic would just move the same chaos into a new interface.
- Built for
- Online coaches, personal trainers, teams, and established wellness brands.
- Goal
- Give service businesses the infrastructure to operate, differentiate, and scale without stitching together generic tools.
How we approached it.
Mapped the coach's whole day as one journey: from the first payment to the next progress photo.
Separated two surfaces over the same data: the coach dashboard for running the business, the client app for daily execution.
Kept AI inside bounded jobs (nutrition draft, workout program, plan adjustment, check-in reply) with the coach making the final call.
Built the mobile apps white-label so every coach ships an app under their own name.
Inside the product.
- A client file with progress photos, measurements, adherence and check-in history
- AI nutrition plans with macros from goals, preferences and restrictions, reviewed and edited by the coach
- An AI workout builder based on the client's level and available equipment
- Subscriptions and revenue tracking: who paid and whose plan is about to expire
- In-context chat inside the client file and a private community per coach
- Uploads for videos, articles and recipes, plus selling the coach's own products
- Coach-branded mobile apps and an Academy with a free marketing and sales course
